Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lei Tian is currently the Laboratory Director at Xi’an University of Posts & Telecommunications and has been engaged in the field of optoelectronic interconnection systems since 2006. He earned his PhD in Circuits and Systems from Xidian University in 2015 and completed postdoctoral research at the Institute of Modern Physics, Northwest University in 2019. His research focuses on photoelectric conversion efficiency, noise reduction modeling, and embedded systems, with an emphasis on new semiconductor materials. Under his leadership, the research group has published over 60 papers, including 15 SCI-indexed, 20 EI-indexed, and 10 core Chinese journal papers. Notable journal contributions include work in the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Diamond & Related Materials, and Physica Status Solidi B. He has authored a monograph (ISBN: 978-7-5641-9621-9) and a Ministry of Industry and Information Technology textbook. Dr. Tian has led and completed several key projects, including a current Key R&D project from the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, as well as multiple local and provincial initiatives in collaboration with the Xi’an Science and Technology Bureau. He has also contributed to six State Grid projects and various industry-academia engagements.
